The staff - very friendly n eager to help. Breakfast - good spread n meets expectations. Mr. Satish the F&B manager was kind enough to enquire about the food n stay. The waiters n waitresses were polite n had a ready smile. Facilities - the hotel is clean n spacious. This was my 3rd time staying here n it was comfortable n value for money. Early check-in is accomodated, based on availability - fair n no complaits. SPL CALL OUT - Mr Ramachander (Travel Desk) very pleasant person n helpful. Thank you for giving me the English version of the Thirukural...I'll treasure it. However, Minjur is very much in TN n not AP....lol. Plz dont over charge ur guests for a hourly based driver....no offence meant sir The driver Mahesh - was very polite n accomodating...Thank You I highly recommend Park Plaza for a pleasant stay, truly 3Star 👍

The food provided at the hotel was very good. The meals were never the same each day. Well worth the price to eat at the hotel. Hospitality was great. All members of the staff from the security to the cleaning personnel were all friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff was always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Taxi service being available to shuttle to airport was a plus. One less thing you have to worry about on the last day of the trip.

The hotel stuff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok, lots of food, one may choose Indian and western options. Rooms are comfortable, spacious but are a bit “old”. The hotel is located by a busy street and there is no sidewalk, so it may be challenging to walk. Best to move around with a riksha. The hotel stuff may help you with that. They also provide information how to cross the busy street if you need to😀

We were a big group coming from Europe and we have only nice words for the hotel and the employees, who always were willing to help, especially with taxis situation. Sigin and all the team, thanks for all the help! Bar was good too, nice pool and big room, the best hotel that we were in India so far.
